f the products are in stock, we can ship them directly from our warehouse. If the products are not available, they will be produced for you, and we maintain a delivery time of up to 3 weeks.

If you’re not home to receive the package or want to give your purchase as a gift, you can choose to have the order delivered to a different address than the billing address. This option is available on the checkout page.

Absolutely, you are welcome in our showroom in Wageningen. We are open Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00. On Fridays we are open from 08:30 to 15:00.

Retour and payments

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Cheffix B.V., Nudepark 142, 6702 DX Wageningen, +31 (0)318 588 596, sales@cheffix.eu via an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You must return or hand over the goods to Cheffix without delay, but in any case, no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately € 7.50 per package. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The processing of a return can take up to 14 days. Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details known to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. You can expect the amount back in your bank account or PayPal account within 5 working days.

Directly exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us free of charge. All items with invoices paid within the payment term can be returned to us within 14 days, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and have the original labels.

Yes, you can! You will receive a track and trace number with the order confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order.

If your item is out of stock, we will produce the product for you. The delivery time is up to 3 weeks. You will receive a message with a track & trace code when we ship the goods.

If you are not home to receive your order and delivery to the neighbors is also not possible, DPD will then deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcel shop after the first delivery attempt. With over 850 Pickup parcel shops, there is always one near you. The not-at-home message left by the driver will tell you where you can collect your package.

Product information

To keep Cheffix products looking their best, it is important to follow the washing instructions. The washing instructions can be found on the product label and on the product page.

We use multiple types of fits. A size chart is available for each item. This can be found under ‘Size Chart’ on the product page.

Within the Cheffix webshop, you can easily create an account. You can do this while ordering our products. Simply fill in your details on the checkout page and choose an email address and password. You can also create an account without placing an order.
